Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • mustard ready - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Preparation Method

  • Wash turkey fillets. Blot with a paper towel. This must be done without fail, otherwise steaks will not be fried, but stewed.
  • Cut across the fibers into pieces 2-3 cm thick.
  • Brush them all over with mustard. Cover with foil and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Remove excess marinade. Sprinkle steaks with vegetable oil.
  • Heat the dry griddle on the biggest fire. Place meat slices on it. Fry them on each side for 2-3 minutes until crispy crust. Turn the steaks over again, lower the heat a little and cook another 4-5 minutes. Cooking time depends on their thickness.
  • Turn off the fire. Cover the pan with foil and leave for 10 minutes. During this time, steaks reach full readiness.

Turkey steaks with paprika in a pan

Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
  • ground paprika - 0.5 tsp;
  • red pepper - 0, 2 tsp;
  • salt - to taste.

Preparation Method

  • Wash the turkey fillets and blot with paper towels. Cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick.
  • Mix vegetable oil with paprika and pepper. Grease the meat slices with this mixture. Leave to marinate for half an hour. Salt it.
  • Put the steaks in a hot, hot frying pan or just a little buttered. On maximum heat, fry one side for 3 minutes. When it is well browned, turn the slices over and fry the other side.
  • Reduce fire slightly. Fry steaks for another 3-4 minutes on each side. Frying time depends on the size of the pieces.
  • Remove the pan from the stove. Cover the steaks with foil and leave for 3-4 minutes. And only after that serve.

Turkey steaks in a spicy marinade in a pan

Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • a mixture of spicy herbs - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
  • mustard seeds - 1 tbsp. l

Preparation Method

  • Wash turkey fillets, blot excess moisture.
  • Cut into 2 cm wide pieces. Fold in a bowl.
  • In a plate, mix spicy herbs to your taste, pepper, chopped mustard seeds. Roll slices of meat in this mixture.
  • Mix oil with lemon juice. Pour steak with this marinade. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  • Drain meat before frying, removing excess liquid.
  • Lightly grease the pan with oil, heat it well. Lay out the steaks. On a large fire, fry until golden brown: first, 2 minutes on each side, then turn over and fry for another 5-6 minutes on each side, while making the fire smaller. In the process of cooking salt.
