Steak is a dish that came to us from America and is a piece of meat, three centimeters thick, fried on both sides.

To prepare this dish take beef tenderloin. It has a minimum of fat and streaks, because of which the meat is tough. It is better, of course, if it is fresh or chilled meat. But if you use a frozen product, it is pre-thawed and dried on napkins to get rid of excess moisture.

Beef is cut only across the grain. Only in this case, the meat will be soft and juicy.

Before cooking, steaks are rubbed with spices and left for some time, so that the meat is soaked with their flavors. Salt must be directly before sending to the oven.
