Often steaks are baked simultaneously with vegetables: potatoes, zucchini, onions, tomatoes. You can add mushrooms, you get a very fragrant and rich dish. Plain pork steak in the oven
A variant of the simplest pork steak in the oven, you need a minimum amount of spices.

4. Lubricate the foil with a few drops of oil, put it in a mold or on a baking sheet. Put the steaks in one layer.

Pork steak in the oven with potatoes
Recipe for a hearty meal with potatoes and pork steaks in the oven. We will cook it in the sleeve for baking. If not, then just cover the form with the products laid on time with foil.

• 140 g sour cream;
• 700 g of potatoes;
• 200 g onions;
• 2 tsp. mustard;
• some dried herbs.
1. First prepare the sauce. He will be the one for steaks and vegetables. Mix the sour cream with mustard, pepper and season with a lot of salt, add some dried herbs to taste or a mixture for meat and potatoes. You can use Italian herbs or only oregano. 2. Rub the steaks on both sides with the prepared sauce, set the pork aside.
3. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices, onion in half rings, add the remaining sauce to them. Put a few pinches of salt, stir thoroughly.
4. Expand the sleeve or baking bag. Cut the desired length, transfer to a baking sheet, uncover and spread the vegetables in an even layer.
5. On top of the potatoes with onions, place the pieces of pork smeared with sour cream sauce.
6. We tie the ends of the sleeves or only one side if the bag is used. We forget to make 2-3 punctures from above in different places so that the steam can go out.
7. Sent to the oven. Withstand 45 minutes, the temperature is 180. Get out, add the temperature to 200, cut the sleeve. Re-put the dish in the oven, cook until the color is rosy on pieces of pork.
