  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins for this dish are not needed, they need to be put in a clean, dry jar and put into the fridge to be used later for other dishes.
  • Place the yolks in a bowl.
  • Finely rub the cheese, pour to the yolks, mix.
  • Add cream and salt, whisk.
  • Cut the bacon into small cubes, put it on a dry, thick-bottomed frying pan. Fry until cooked.
  • Flip the spaghetti in a colander and, without rinsing, put it in the frying pan with bacon. Stir and fry everything together for 5 minutes.

Composition:

  • spaghetti - 0, 2 kg;
  • smoked bacon - 100 g;
  • fatty cream (from 30%) - 100 ml;
  • egg yolks - 3-4 pcs .;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • fresh parsley - 25 g;
  • dried herbs, salt, pepper - to taste;
  • hard cheese - 100 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the bacon into thin strips.

  • onions - 100 g;
  • raw bacon - 150 g;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - 40 ml;

  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Onion, freeing from the husk, cut into thin half-rings.
  • Cut the bacon into thin strips.
  • In a frying pan, melt the butter, add vegetable to it, warm them for 10 seconds.
  • Put the onion in the pan, fry it until golden brown.
  • Add bacon. Fry it with onions for 5 minutes.
  • Pour cream in the products, add salt and spices. Stew the sauce for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta and put it in the frying pan with the sauce. Stir. Cook for 5 minutes.

Composition:

  • macaroni - 0, 2 kg;
  • onions - 75 g;
  • smoked bacon - 75 g;
  • fresh champignons - 150 g;
  • wheat flour - 10 g;

  • refined vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • salt, spices, dried herbs - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the bacon in small cubes.
  • Wash the mushrooms, dry them with a napkin, cut them in the same pieces as bacon.
  • Peel and cut the onion into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, put onions and mushrooms in it. Cook until the liquid released from the champignons evaporates from the pan.
  • Add bacon. Fry food until lightly browned.
  • Mix the flour with cream, pour them into the pan. Boil the sauce over a low heat, stirring until it thickens.
  • Cook the macaroni, rinse them (preferably with hot water), transfer to the pan with the sauce. Stir.
  • Warm the pasta in the sauce for 2-3 minutes and serve it to the table.
