Remove pan from heat, remove by-product and, after cooling, chop finely. The broth in which the kidneys were boiled is not suitable for making soup. Therefore, water is again poured into the saucepan, brought to a boil, and the kidneys, ingredients that are boiled for a long time (potatoes, cereals), then quickly cooked (zazharka, pickles, mushrooms) are lowered in turn.

- 1 potato

The specialty of this dish is that the kidneys and soup are prepared separately. These ingredients are combined only in a plate - first, sliced buds are put into it, and then warm soup is poured.

- Beef kidneys - 430 gr.
- 55 g. rice
- Carrots, onions, tomato paste and vegetable oil for frying
- 2 potatoes
- 2 pieces of pickled cucumbers
- Cucumber pickle - 1 cup
Preparation:
- Boil the kidneys. When they are ready, cut them into cubes and put them in a cold place.
- We weld the pickle itself. Put chopped potatoes and washed rice in boiling water.
- After 15 minutes, add the fry to the soup. Fry the shredded onions first, then add the grated carrots and a spoon of tomato paste to it.
- Peel cucumbers and grate them on a coarse grater. Put them in the soup 5 minutes after zazharki along with the brine, after another 5 minutes, turn off the fire.
Recipe 4: Pickle with Kidney and Barley
