Beef kidneys with beans - warm salad, which is easy to prepare from cooked offal. Cooking beef kidney process is not very troublesome, and, unlike cooking pork, is not accompanied by such a strong smell. By the way, nutritionists recommend at least once every two weeks to include in the menu dishes from offal - kidneys, liver and other tripe.
To begin with, soak offal in clean, cold water for 10-12 hours. Usually, the buds are bought frozen, right from the market and sent to a large pot filled with cold water. Water change several times. Then we will fill with clean water, bring to a boil, salt it, wash the kidneys with running cold water, this procedure will be repeated twice. Then pour the boiled water offal, add roots, spices and salt, boil for an hour.
If you drain the water twice and cook with the usual set of seasonings, then the smell when cooking is almost no different from broth.

Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan with a non-stick coating, add butter, as soon as it melts, throw the onion, sprinkle with salt. Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then add the chopped buds there. Stir, cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes. We spread the fried ingredients in a deep salad bowl.
White canned beans are thrown back on the sieve, washed with cold boiled water, after the water is drained, add the beans to the salad bowl.
Finely chop a bunch of fresh dill. Put greens in a salad bowl, pepper it with freshly ground black pepper, mix well.
