A recipe for classic grilled pork escalopes cooked using tomato mustard sauce. The meat is very tender, juicy, roasted until a beautiful crust. You can cook it on charcoal or on an electric grill.
Ingredients
• 800 g pork;
• salt;
• 3 spoons of butter;
• 2 spoons of tomato ketchup;
• 15 arrows of garlic;
• 1 spoon of honey;
• 1 spoon of mustard.
Cooking
1. Wash pork, dry, cut into pieces up to 1.5 cm.
