Onions give meat juiciness and tenderness. For cooking most often use a tenderloin, shoulder part or ham. Meat is washed, cut the film and excess fat, cut into slices, or leave a solid piece. It all depends on the recipe you chose.

Spices are of great importance, because they give the dish aroma and specific taste. But you should pay attention that the main thing here is not to overdo it, so as not to beat the taste of the meat itself.

Ingredients

800 g pork;
