There are many recipes, however, the essence comes down to the same thing - mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, plus additives and fillers to taste, and then fry in vegetable or butter. Delicate cheesecakes are obtained if you put less flour, dense, if the amount of flour is increased. What I do not advise to add to the dough is sugar. Firstly, it dilutes the dough, secondly, sweet cheesecakes easily burn, thirdly, this dish is usually eaten with honey or jam, so there is no need for sweetness.

Ingredients for banana cheesecakes
- 1 banana;
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 3 tbsp. l wheat flour;
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil;

Method of cooking cheesecakes with banana
Ripe, and even better overripe, clean the banana peel, cut into slices, put in a bowl. Mash a banana with a fork so that fruit lumps remain.
Add a pack of cottage cheese to a banana, it is better to take fat, it is softer and lumps less. I recommend dry skimmed cottage cheese through a sieve.
Now pour a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar to balance the flavors and break the chicken egg, stir the ingredients.
Pour wheat flour. Remember, the more flour, the tighter cheesecakes.
Next, add two tablespoons of olive or corn oil. You can also melt the butter, it will also be delicious.
Mix well the dough, leave for 10 minutes, in the meantime, heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Pour baking tray with non-stick coating with cooking oil, put in heated oven, so that the oil is heated well. When the dough gets into the hot butter, it will not absorb the butter, the cheesecakes with a banana will be fried as if in deep fat.
A small spoon quickly spread the dough into the heated butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and immediately send to the preheated oven.
In the gas oven we put the mold on the lower level, in the electric one, closer to the grill. Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes, turn over and fry on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. This method of cooking allows you not to overdry products, inexperienced housewives often complain that cheesecakes in the oven are tough.
We shift the finished cheese cakes with a banana into a heated clay pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream, jam, honey or condensed milk, in a word, who likes what. Enjoy your meal.
By the way, if you add a little more flour to the dough, then roll a sausage out of it, cut it into small circles, then sprinkle the flour into circles and drop it into boiling salted water, you will get awesomely tasty lazy banana dumplings.
