Cottage cheese syrniki with apples is a traditional dish of Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian cuisine, they are often called cottage cheese makers, but in essence they are fried cottage cheese flat cakes with various additives. Cook sweet syrniki with fruit, with dried apricots, raisins, or savory with onions, with zucchini or pumpkin, add chocolate, make a jam filling, bake in the oven, fry in a pan, cook. Nowadays dietary cheese cakes are popular without flour and without sugar, that's what I cooked them for.
Supporters of a healthy lifestyle try to replace harmful, in their opinion, products with useful and less high-calorie ones. Sweet apple in our recipe will replace sugar, if you don’t have enough sweetness, you can eat ready-made cheesecakes with jam. Wheat flour in this recipe will replace oatmeal and a little cornstarch for breading. Since dairy products, it is easy to burn, you must create a layer between the pan and cheesecake, so for this you need cornstarch.

- 1 apple;
- 1 pack of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;

Method of cooking dietary cheesecakes with apples
We cut the sweet apple into thin straws or rub it on a large vegetable grater. It is not necessary to sprinkle an apple with lemon juice, even if it gets dark, it will not affect the quality of the finished dish.
To grated apple, add a pinch of fine salt and a pack of cottage cheese. If you are cooking a dietary dish, then you can take low-fat cottage cheese.
Mash curd with apple, break into a bowl raw chicken egg, mix thoroughly.
Now we pour into the bowl the instant oatmeal, most known as “Hercules”. Mix flakes with apple-curd mass, leave for some time (5-10 minutes).
Next, lubricate your hands with olive oil, make balls of dough. Pour the corn starch on a plate, roll the curd balls in the starch, spread on the board.
Lubricate the preheated pan with a thin layer of olive oil (use for frying odorless, refined oil). Curd balls pressed with a spatula to get round cheesecakes. We spread cheesecakes on a preheated pan. Fry on the smallest fire until cooked on both sides.
You can put the finished cheesecakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil - the paper will absorb oil, there will be less calories.
You can bake cheese cakes in the oven, but, in my opinion, they turn out to be dryish, it is better to fry - faster and easier.
For the diet menu, be sure to use a non-stick griddle and vegetable oil spray.
Serve dietary cheese cakes with apples on the table hot, with sour cream and thick fruit jam. Enjoy your meal.
For this recipe, any cereal flakes will do; multi-cereal or buckwheat. With different flakes it turns out every time a new taste!
