From the usual foods that you probably have in your fridge, you can make a very tasty dietary dish, for example, cottage cheese burgers with celery. You will significantly increase the benefits of the usual cheesecakes, simply by preparing them in a new manner. So, instead of fat cottage cheese - cottage cheese 1-4%, instead of wheat flour - oat bran, instead of sugar and fruit - celery, leek and flax seeds, and instead of sour cream - poached egg (see below).
