A wholesome breakfast does not have to consist of oatmeal or raw vegetables. From the usual foods that you probably have in your fridge, you can make a very tasty dietary dish, for example, cottage cheese burgers with celery. You will significantly increase the benefits of the usual cheesecakes, simply by preparing them in a new manner. So, instead of fat cottage cheese - cottage cheese 1-4%, instead of wheat flour - oat bran, instead of sugar and fruit - celery, leek and flax seeds, and instead of sour cream - poached egg (see below).
Believe me, this dish is no worse than lush grandmother's pancakes, and there is much more benefit in it. Healthy food energizes, and is not put off by a heavy burden on your waist!

Ingredients for cottage cheese cutlets with celery and poached egg
- 200 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 100 g stem celery;
- 1 onion;
- 40 g leek;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 40 g oat bran;
- 10 g of flax seed;
- 15 g whole grain flour;
- salt, vegetable oil for frying, black pepper;
- 2 chicken eggs for serving.
Method of making cottage cheese cutlets with celery and poached egg
In a pan, heat 5 ml of refined vegetable oil, add chopped garlic. Fry for a few seconds so that the oil absorbs the garlic spirit. Then add the finely chopped onion head, passeur to a transparent state.
Celery stalks are cut into very small cubes, add to browned onions.
Now we put the leek sliced with ringlets. We leave a small part of the stem, we will need it for submission.
Sprinkle vegetables with a small pinch of salt, simmer on quiet fire for 7 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients for minced meat. Low-fat cottage cheese is rubbed through a rare sieve so that there is no cottage cheese lumps in the finished cutlets.
Pour 4 g of fine salt, break a chicken egg, mix the ingredients. Instead of one large chicken egg, you can take 4-5 quail, in the finished dish there will be less harmful cholesterol.
Celery with onions slightly cooled, add to the cottage cheese. Very hot vegetables never put in mincemeat. Of course, nothing terrible will happen, but it is better to mix products of about the same temperature.
Put oat bran in a bowl. This useful product is rich in plant fiber, I advise you to completely replace wheat flour with bran when cooking cheesecakes or fritters.
Pour flax seeds, mix the ingredients.
We form small patties of minced cottage cheese, roll them down in whole grain flour. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, put the patties in the heated oil.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour 1 liter of boiling water into a saucepan, add a spoonful of table vinegar, break a chicken egg. Cook an egg for 2 minutes - this cooking method is called poached.
Put a portion of cottage cheese patties with celery on a plate, poached egg on top, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and leek ringlets. Immediately serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
