Today, I offer my selection of recipes, I cook mostly from my own, “homegrown” products, but sometimes I bring in a bit of exotic and my son, the future cook-technologist, also helps.
Festive salads and appetizers for the New Year
Classic “Caesar” with chicken
Components:
Baton or baguette - 1 pc
Chicken Breast - 2 pcs
Fresh salad, preferably Romano - 1 headed
Parmesan cheese - 30-50 grams
Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Refueling:
Chicken yolks - 2 pieces
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce - 2 hours spoon
Mustard - 1 hour spoon
Garlic - 2 cloves
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Caesar salad
We cut the loaf or baguette into slices, about 0.5 to 1, 5 cm. Spread on a baking sheet in one layer, pour with oil so that everyone is in the oil, and send to the oven for 10 minutes. Chicken breasts, better cooled, they will be juicier, cut along in half and fry from two sides until cooked, on each side takes 5 minutes.
Salad is disassembled on the leaves, wash and tear hands, then laid on the bottom of the salad bowl. We cut the breasts with beautiful stripes, it is possible to make cubes, as you like and place on lettuce leaves. All components for refueling join together, grind and beat with a blender. Pour the breasts, sprinkle with croutons and cheese. Serve to the table.
Chicken and mushrooms salad (without mayonnaise)
We need:
Chicken breast 1 pc
Fresh champignons - 200 grams
Eggs - 2 pcs
Canned pineapple - 100 grams
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc
Sour cream 10% - 50 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
How to do:
Boil the breast until tender. Chicken eggs also boil hard boiled. Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in butter. Cut the breast into strips, pineapples, peppers and eggs into cubes. All fill with sour cream, salt, pepper and mix. Delicious salad is ready.
Delicious appetizer of chicken rolls with dried apricots
What you need:
Chicken breasts - 4 pieces
For one roll:
Dried apricots - 5 pcs
Sage leaves - 3 pcs
Pepper in the pod bitter - 3 dice
Salt, pepper to taste
How to cook:
Cut off small pieces from chilled breasts, we will not need them. We beat off large ones to make a layer of 0, 5 cm. Lay the dried apricots, sage and pepper on the meat, add spices and roll the rolls.
Now we need food film, lay it in 3 layers and wrap each roll tightly, like a sausage. From the sides firmly tied so as not to drain the juice. Rolls are laid in a saucepan or thick-walled pot, pour water, so that only they are hidden and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. When the rolls are ready, they need to be pulled out, freed from the film, cooled and cut into circles. Awesome festive meal is ready.
Salad with boiled pork
Products:
Boiled lean pork - 200 grams
Carrots - 2 pieces
Bow - 1 head
Green peas - 1 \ 2 banks
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons
Boiling water - 1 \ 2 glasses
Mayonnaise dressing
Cooking oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
Boil the pork, cool and cut into small cubes. Grate carrots and fry a little in vegetable oil, cool and add to the pork.
Onion cut into half rings. Mix vinegar with sugar, pour boiling water and in the marinade hold the onion for about 15 minutes, then drain the marinade. Add it to the meat, pour peas and fill with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Raffaello with crab sticks
Products:
Hard cheese - 200 grams
Crab sticks - 4 pcs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Mayonnaise, as required
Cooking:
Cheese three melenko on a grater. We also rub crab sticks, they should be frozen, they turn out like coconut chips. Squeeze garlic into cheese and add mayonnaise to make a thick mass. We roll balls from it and roll in crab chips. The dish can be beautifully decorated.
Snack sandwich-cake
Required:
White bread loaf - 1 piece
Butter 200 grams
Smoked salmon - 50 grams
Trout in cutting - 100 grams
Red caviar - 1 can
Green dill - 3 sprigs
How to cook:
Bread cut into slices and cut diamonds from them. Pink salmon grind with a knife and mix with 50 grams of oil. Dill also grind and also combine with the same amount of oil. Smear the bread diamonds on the top layer of butter with pink, then a layer of butter with dill. With the remaining oil, we coat the sides of the “cake” and spread the oil on the top of the caviar. Trout is used as decoration on top of sandwiches.
Snack Tartlets
We need:
Boiled chicken breast - 400 grams
Fresh champignons - 400 grams
Hard cheese - 300 grams
Onions - 2 heads

How to cook:
Cut the breast into small cubes, cut the mushrooms too, as small as possible, chop the onion. We spread everything on a preheated pan and fry. When all the ingredients are reddened, pour them with cream and gradually pour the flour, stirring all the time to thicken without lumps.
Place tartlets on a baking sheet, arrange the filling in them, sprinkle with worn cheese on top and send to the oven for 15 minutes.
Layered Chicken Salad
Products:
Boiled chicken breast - 400 grams
Hard cheese - 100 grams
Korean carrot - 100 grams
Boiled eggs - 5 pieces
Mayonnaise dressing
Corn, sweet pepper, greens for decoration
How to cook:
Cut the breast into small cubes. Squirrels separately from yolks rubbed on a grater. Cheese rub too. spread on breast on a large dish, salt to taste. Then half of the whole carrot. Red Fish and Cheese Appetizer
We need:
Fillet of any red salted fish - 200 grams
Hard cheese - 100 grams
Fresh dill - 2 sprigs
Lemon - 1 piece
How to cook:
Take small coffee cups or bowls, cover the bottom with cling film so that the edges are free.
