Composition:

Method of preparation:

  • Chop hard cheese on a fine grater.
  • Finely chop the dill, which has been washed and dried with a napkin, with a knife.
  • Mash cheese curd with a fork.
  • Add dill to it, stir it.
  • Combine the curd cheese with grated hard cheese, blend the curd with a blender.
  • Wash tomatoes, dry, and cut with a sharp knife.

Fill tartlets with cheese mixture, garnish with cherry tomato halves. If you want to give the snack more savory taste, then as an additional ingredient, you can use garlic, passed through a press. For a specified number of ingredients it will be enough to take 2-3 cloves of garlic.

Tartlets with ham and cheese

Composition:

  • sour cream - 120 ml;

  • potatoes - 150 g;

There is a slightly different way to make this snack: cut tomatoes into cubes and mix with the rest of the ingredients, instead of putting the salad on top of them. The overall taste of tartlets does not change much from this, but they will look different - the red color of the tomatoes will not dominate, but the yellow color of the corn. Composition:

  • boiled chicken fillet - 0, 2 kg;
  • canned pineapples - 0, 2 kg;
  • hard cheese - 70 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • walnut kernels - 30 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs .;
  • mayonnaise - 50 ml;

  • Cut walnut kernels with a knife into very small pieces.

  • Peppers wash, cut the stalks of them, remove the seeds. Cut the flesh of the peppers into quarters of rings no more than half a centimeter wide.
  • Rub the melted cheese curds, mix with mayonnaise, paprika and garlic crushed by hand. Mix well.
  • Spread the cheese mixture on tartlets, top with pepper.

Composition:

  • boiled chicken breast - 0, 2 kg;
  • fresh champignons - 0, 2 kg;
  • hard cheese - 80 g;
  • onions - 80 g;
  • cream - 0, 2 l;
  • flour - 10 g;
  • vegetable oil - as needed.

Method of preparation:

  • Boil the chicken breast, separate the fillets from the bones and cut into small cubes.
  • Wash, blot dry mushrooms. Cut them into approximately the same cubes as chicken breast.
  • Finely chop the peeled medium-sized onion.
  • Heat the oil in the pan, fry the onion, chicken and mushroom mixture. Fry over low heat until all excess liquid from the pan is evaporated.
  • Sprinkle the mixture with flour, stir. All this time you do not need to remove the pan from the fire.
  • Pour in the cream, stir well.
  • Continue cooking until the contents of the pan are thick enough.
  • Spread julienne on tartlets, sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • Pour milk into yolks in a thin stream, whipping everything with a whisk.
  • When the mixture has a uniform consistency, put it in a water bath and warm it up for a quarter of an hour, without boiling. After that, cool the vanilla cream in the refrigerator.
  • Wash and dry the strawberries. If it is too large, cut the berries into several pieces.
  • Fill the baskets with vanilla cream, place the strawberries on top.
  • Decorate tartlets with mint leaves.

Sweet tartlets resemble pastries well known to us from childhood. Not surprisingly, children especially like them. However, adults will not give up such an exquisite delicacy.
