Everybody knows what casserole is. In fact, any dish baked in the oven is a casserole, we just call them differently. But can such a universal device as a slow cooker replace a traditional oven? Of course! Moreover, casseroles cooked in a slow cooker are much healthier, juicier and more fragrant than dishes baked in the oven.

There is a huge variety of casseroles that can be baked in a slow cooker. Ingredients such as potatoes, meat, fish, mushrooms, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, and their combinations are usually used. All solid ingredients are usually poured sour cream sauce, mayonnaise, eggs, milk, ketchup, etc. But this is far from an incomplete list of products for casseroles - salty or sweet (dessert) - in fact, there are many more of them.

Casserole in the slow cooker is no worse than in the oven. The top of it, as a rule, remains light, and the bottom - a little fried. Ideal for dessert dishes, when a ruddy crust is not needed in principle. For cooking casseroles in a slow cooker, “Baking” mode is used. - three table. spoons of starch

- half tsp of baking powder (can be replaced with soda, used in lemon juice)

- vanilla to taste

- 100 gr. chocolate chips (dark chocolate)

Method of preparation:

1. Curd wipe through a sieve. Mix it with fine sugar. Whisk. Separately, beat three eggs. Gently mix with cottage cheese. In the mass add sour cream, vanilla, starch and baking powder. Again, beat everything with a mixer.

2. Beat the squirrels to standing air foam, adding two more spoons of sugar. Then gently intervene foam in the curd mass.

3. We lubricate the oil cooker. Spread out the mass, level the top with a spoon. Set the device to the “Baking” mode and bake for about an hour (plus or minus ten minutes depending on the power of the slow cooker).

Ingredients:

- two small zucchini (without coarse seeds)

- 200 gr. tomatoes - 200 gr. bell peppers

- one onion head

- 120 ml of cream

- two art. spoons of sour cream

- salt to taste

- olive herbs

- large clove of garlic

- 200 gr. hard cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Vegetables (peeled peppers, peeled tomatoes) cut into equal cubes and send them in a greased multicooker container. Salt, add a little vegetable oil and set to baking mode (time about 20 minutes).

2. While the tomatoes and peppers are being stewed, cut the onion half rings and the half rings - zucchini. We send the ingredients to stewed vegetables. Stir, add weed.

1. Using a grater, grind zucchini, peeled carrots. Strip two Bulgarian peppers of different colors (we remove seeds from them), chop tomatoes and greens.

2. Baton soaked in milk. Broccoli boil in salted water for about fifteen minutes. In a frying pan, overcook zucchini (grated), carrots and bell peppers.

3. Mince mash hands, adding to it a couple of cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and softened loaf.
