Today, with my daughter, we decided to concoct for our loved ones, and therefore I present to you our culinary art - homemade pizza, cooking recipe from a photo, step by step. Pizza with ham and mushrooms, in the oven, on sour cream dough. We all love to make it quicker and tastier, so this recipe will appeal to many, we spent 30 minutes on it, without time for baking, but it turned out, well, just fingers lick. Moreover, I had a quick assistant.
Pizza - cooking recipe
From the products we need
For the test:
- 2 full glasses of top-grade flour
- 2 chicken eggs
- a glass of 20% sour cream
- 30 grams of butter, can be melted
- tablespoon of granulated sugar
- half a teaspoon of salt
For the filling
- 300 grams of ham
- 200 grams of cheese of any solid variety
- A jar of canned champignons
- 50 grams of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
How to cook pizza in the oven
At the very beginning, you need to sift the flour, this process is obligatory, since the flour must be saturated with oxygen, so that the products made from it are soft and airy.
Now open the jar with champignons, drain the liquid and the mushrooms are beautifully cut along thin slices. Put it in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry slightly.
We put sour cream, eggs, sugar, softened butter, salt in a whipping container and beat everything at once into a uniform consistency.
Pour the mixture obtained from us sifted flour and mix.
Roll out the dough until it turns out such a beautiful ball. It should be covered with a towel and left for 40 minutes to go the process of interaction of products inside.
After the dough has crumbled, it should be rolled out in a thin layer, approximately the size of a baking sheet. The baking sheet needs to be greased in advance, I usually grease with lard or chicken fat.

I cut the ham into cubes.
I put it on top of ketchup.
The second layer is the mushrooms, only you need to drain excess oil from them.
At the end, I rub the cheese on a large grater. We love a lot of cheese, you can take a smaller one.
Cheese is evenly distributed over the surface of the pizza. Immediately put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. 25-30 minutes will be enough and our pizza with ham and mushrooms is ready.
