For pizza dough:

  • 275 g of wheat flour;
  • 165 ml of warm water;
  • 17 g fresh yeast;
  • 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 2 g of fine salt.

For the pizza toppings:

  • 250 g frozen broccoli;
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes;
  • 50 g onions;
  • 80 g carrots;
  • 65 g tofu (hard);
  • 15 ml of olive oil;
  • salt.
