- 1 l of chicken broth;
- 200 g zucchini;
- 200 g potatoes;
- 300 g canned white beans;
- 100 g carrots;
- 100 g onions;
- 1 bouillon cube;

Method of cooking cream soup from canned beans
Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes, put in a soup pot.
A young zucchini squash together with a skin shred in thin strips, put it in a saucepan with sliced potatoes. If you are cooking a soup from a mature zucchini, then it needs to be peeled and the seeds removed.
Add to the vegetables chopped flavor amplifier - bouillon cube.
Pour the ready chicken broth into the pan, put it on the stove, bring to a boil and cook until vegetables are ready for about 10-12 minutes. If there is no broth, then pour boiling water and put another 1 bouillon cube.
We feed the carrot with onion while the potatoes are cooked with the zucchini.
Heat the refined vegetable oil, add the finely chopped onions, then, when the onions become transparent, put the diced carrot.
Put the browned vegetables in the soup, cook it all together for another 5 minutes. Beans are thrown back on a sieve, carefully washed under a tap to wash off all the preservatives. Put the washed beans in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and after 2-3 minutes remove from heat.
Grind the ingredients to a cream-like state with an immersion blender or with a food processor, salt to taste, if necessary.
If you do not have the ability to use electric kitchen appliances to prepare the soup, then wipe the vegetables through a fine sieve.
