Method of cooking soup with pasta and vegetables
Making a dressing for the soup. In a skillet with a thick bottom we throw finely chopped tomatoes, in this recipe they are yellow and red. You do not need to add oil, stew vegetables in their own juice.
We clean the Bulgarian pepper from seeds, cut it into cubes. Add the chopped peppers in a saucepan to the tomatoes.

Finely chop the onions, send to the peppers and tomatoes. Close the saucepan tightly, simmer the vegetables for 15-20 minutes on moderate heat. Salt refueling is not necessary.
