- 0.7 l of chicken broth;
- 300 g boiled chicken;
- 120 g onions;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 150 g carrots;
- 400 g zucchini;
- 30 grams of wheat flour;
- 5 g ground sweet paprika;
- 30 g butter;
- 20 g sunflower oil;
- 50 g sunflower seeds;
- green onions, salt, black pepper.

Heat butter and sunflower oil in a cast-iron pot. In the heated oil send finely chopped onion, add chopped garlic in a minute.
To the onion, browned with garlic, add a carrot, cut into thin pieces. Stew carrots 5 minutes.
Zucchini for cream soup with zucchini and chicken cut into small slices together with the peel; peel the ripe zucchini from the peel and remove the seeds.
Add sliced zucchini in the pan, cook it all together for 20 minutes.

If you like hot food, then replace the sweet paprika with ground red pepper, you get a fiery soup!

We make topping from sunflower seeds. Fried sunflower seeds are roasted in a dry frying pan without oil until golden brown, as soon as they crackle, remove the pan from the fire.
