Warm salad with funchoza, beef and mushrooms - a delicious dish for the lazy. Funchoza - rice or glass noodles - one of the easiest to cook among their pasta relatives. Glass noodles enough to pour boiling water and leave for a few minutes, then drain the water. Funchoza does not stick together, it does not need to be watered with oil. I advise you to cut long noodles with scissors into smaller fragments in order not to inadvertently hook the whole portion of noodles in one sitting.
The rest of the ingredients of the dish should be cut and heated with soy sauce, sesame oil and chili pepper, separately quickly fry or boil the mushrooms, which will take only 5-7 minutes to cook.
Vegetables for this salad are prepared “al dente”, there is such a term in Italian cuisine, that is, they undergo a short heat treatment, but remain crispy and juicy.

- 120 g of funchose;
- 300 g boiled beef;
- 300 g fresh champignons;
- 1 white onion;
- 1 red onion
- 1 Bulgarian pepper;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- bunch of parsley or cilantro;
- 1 pod of chili;
- garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt, sesame oil.
Method of cooking warm salad with funchoza, beef and mushrooms
Rice noodles put in a saucepan, pour a teaspoon of salt, pour boiling water. We leave funchoza for 10 minutes in boiling water, during this time the noodles soften.
Meanwhile, we cut the head of white onion into thin half rings, fry in heated sesame oil to a translucent state for several minutes, add soy sauce and chopped garlic clove at the end of frying.
Cut the boiled beef into thin strips, put in a frying pan with fried onions, and mix.
Add sweet Bulgarian pepper, cut into small cubes and chili pod, cut into rings. We warm vegetables with meat on medium heat. At this stage it is not necessary to cook for a long time, it is enough to soften the Bulgarian pepper a little. The meat also absorbs vegetable juices and is soaked with soy sauce. Next, add fresh cucumber cut into thin straws and finely chopped fresh greens.
For the recipe will fit cilantro or parsley, as well as dill and green onions.
We throw back the funchoza in a colander when the water is completely drained, put the noodles in the pan with meat and vegetables.
Fresh champignons and a red onion cut into ringlets should be separately fried in heated vegetable oil for several minutes. Mushrooms can also be cooked on the grill. Large champignons are cut into four parts or in half, small mushrooms are cooked whole.
Add fried champignons to the rest of the ingredients.
Use canned champignons if there is no time to cook fresh mushrooms.
Stir products, put them in salad bowls and serve salad with funchoza warm, eat with chopsticks. Enjoy your meal!
