Chicken and mushroom pasta in tomato sauce is a classic dish of Italian cuisine, which was enjoyed not only by Italians. Worldwide, housewives prepare pasta with meat, adding to the sauce a variety of ingredients that are suitable for the season and wallet. Pasta and chicken - the basis of the dish, then according to this recipe you can cook pasta with any mushrooms. For example, in the spring they collect lines and morels, in the summer - boletus mushrooms and chanterelles, and autumn pleases lovers of quiet hunting with such an assortment of forest “gold” that their eyes simply diverge.
In the mushroom season, I prepare for the winter a mixture of different mushrooms. In the course go boletus, mushrooms, chanterelles, legs from boletuses and aspen mushrooms. - 300 g chicken fillet;
- 180 g boiled mushrooms;
- 1 Bulgarian pepper;
- 1 onion;
- 100 g tomato sauce;
- 210 g pasta made from durum wheat;
- 40 g butter;
- hard cheese, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, greens.
Method of cooking pasta with chicken and mushrooms
Wash chicken fillet, dry with paper towel. Cut the meat across the fibers into thin long strips. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan, throw the meat on the heated pan.
Fry for a few minutes, stirring.
Clean the onion, cut into thin half-rings. Send the chopped onion to the chicken fillet, fry the meat with the onion until the onion is translucent.
Chop boiled mushrooms finely, add to the meat with onions, mix, fry over high heat, so that the moisture is evaporated from the mushrooms.
Red pepper is cleaned from seeds, cut into thick rings. Add the chopped peppers to the rest of the ingredients.
Put tomato sauce in a skillet, salt, pepper, cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, so that the products are soaked with juices.
Bring to a boil 2 liters of water, salt, pour the paste into boiling water at the rate of 60-70 g of dry product per serving. Cook the pasta according to the recommendations indicated on the package.
We recline on a colander, mix with chicken and mushrooms, add butter.
To make the pasta with chicken and mushrooms turned out juicy, pour in a little mushroom or chicken broth, and heat it all together for a couple of minutes. If the broth is not, then add a little broth from under the pasta.
Before serving, sprinkle pasta with chicken and mushrooms with cheese and fresh herbs. Fresh rosemary or basil are suitable for the hen. Italians do not represent such a dish without Parmesan, and I understand them. However, ordinary hard cheese is also suitable for this recipe.
