Semi-finished product for this recipe can be made in the morning and left in the refrigerator until the arrival of guests. 10 minutes before serving, you’ll have to heat the oven, bake the meat quickly and serve a fragrant, tasty hot dish with a side dish of baked potatoes and vegetable salad. In general, the time for manicure, makeup, calls to girlfriends and relatives is enough in abundance.
For the recipe, I took boiled salted forest mushrooms, which I can preserve without vinegar, so they are perfect for soup or filling. Forest mushrooms can be replaced with ordinary champignons, it will take a little time.

- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 15 g butter;

So, cut from the chicken breast two large fillets with a thickness of 1, 5-2 centimeters. Lightly repel meat with a rolling pin, sprinkle with salt, pepper.

Chop canned salted mushrooms or fresh champignons finely, add them to the pan. Fry mushrooms with onions on moderate heat for 5 minutes.

We take a small baking sheet or a baking dish, grease it with olive or vegetable oil, spread the chicken breast chops on a baking sheet. Divide the onion and mushrooms in half, spread the same portion on each piece of meat.
Slice the tomato into thin slices, fry quickly on both sides. Put on the chicken chops two rounds of roasted tomatoes, then sprinkle everything together with cheese and garlic.
The oven is heated to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake breasts for 6-7 minutes. It is necessary that the cheese melted and a golden ruddy crust appeared.
Before serving, sprinkle chicken breasts with greens, serve to the table with piping heat.
