Pour fine white sugar into a deep bowl, add butter, softened at room temperature. Rub the sugar and butter first with a fork.

Separately mix wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder dough. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, knead dough for muffins.
Dried hazelnuts in a skillet without oil, cool. Chop the nuts finely, add to the dough.
The raisins are thoroughly washed, scalded with boiling water, laid out on a paper napkin, when the raisins dry, pour them into a bowl. Pear muffins cut finely. You can also put apples, fresh berries, for example, blueberries or blueberries in the dough.
