Fruit cake will be cooked quickly and will be delicious if you mix more different ingredients in its filling - add any nuts and dried fruits, pears, apples, candied fruits. It is important to cut the fresh fruit into small cubes and the fillings should be plenty! The dough for the cake is the simplest; in a food processor, its ingredients are mixed in a matter of minutes; In the recipe, the baking dish is square, measuring 21 x 21 centimeters.

For the filling:
- 1 apple;
- 2 pears;
- 50 g of blanched peanuts;
- 50 g raisins;
- 15 g coconut chips;
- 5 g ground cinnamon;
- 15 grams of granulated sugar.
