If you want to make a vitamin “bomb,” add as much greens as you can, bell pepper, or other vegetables to your salad. Greens can use any: lettuce, fresh parsley, celery, dill or spinach.

To make the salad nourishing and tender, add finely chopped eggs, cheese or cheese.

4. Put chopped peppers, ham and cabbage into suitable dishes.

5. Open a jar of corn, drain the marinade, and place the contents in a bowl with vegetables. Stir all the ingredients.

6. Slice the rye bread into cubes and place on a baking sheet. Put it in an oven preheated to 180C for a quarter of an hour. Sprinkle the salad with Chinese cabbage and ham just before serving.

25 ml of lemon juice;

Method of preparation

1. Put eggs into a small saucepan, fill them with drinking water and set them on the stove. From the moment of boiling, reduce the heat to moderate and cook eggs for ten minutes. Then we put the pot under the stream of running water, cool it and clean it from the shell.

2. Peking cabbage we assort on leaves. With each cut a thick, dense part. Shred cabbage squares.

3. Tear off the leaves of spinach from the stems, rinse and lightly dry. Shred spinach strips.
