Method of preparation

1. Put eggs into a small saucepan, fill them with drinking water and set them on the stove. From the moment of boiling, reduce the heat to moderate and cook eggs for ten minutes. Then we put the pot under the stream of running water, cool it and clean it from the shell.

2. Peking cabbage we assort on leaves. With each cut a thick, dense part. Shred cabbage squares.
