Any liver is a very noble by-product that is cooked in minutes. The most tender, is chicken liver. Housewives often use it to prepare various dishes - liver cake, liver pancakes, salads, souffles, and more. But sometimes you want to cook something quick and tasty. Perhaps now we will open to you a new recipe, or maybe just recall what you haven’t cooked for a long time - liver in batter.
What can be cooked from? The basis can be any liquid - milk, yogurt, beer, mineral water, kefir, sour cream. It is sure to add flour and egg. Simply put, it is a batter. To keep the batter on the pieces of the liver (and not only on it), it is previously rolled in flour. So oh secret to simplify cooking any dishes in batter.
Ingredients:
Chicken Liver - 400 g;
Water - 100 ml;
1 egg;
Flour - 7 tbsp. l .;
Spice;
Vegetable oil for frying.
Let's start cooking the liver with the preparation of batter. In a bowl, combine 4 tbsp. l flour, spices and yolk.
Stir and add water or any other base.
Stir the batter until smooth.
Separately, whip the protein fluffy foam with a small amount of salt. Add protein to batter. Thanks to this basis, the batter will be very airy and gentle.
We need the rest flour (3 tbsp.) For breading. Liver wash and dry before frying. Then remove the grease and film. Cut the chicken liver into smaller pieces. Dip each piece of liver in flour and then dip it in batter.
Put the liver in a frying pan with well-heated vegetable oil.
Fry the liver on both sides on medium heat until golden brown. Remember chicken liver roasts literally 5 minutes. After 10 it will become tough. So do not worry, the liver fry if you fry it on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the chicken liver in batter, immediately to the table as a snack for beer or as an addition to any salad or side dish. We assure you that even the most avid liver lovers will not refuse such a piece.
