Ingredients:

• 350 g of beef liver;

• 1 PC. onions;

• 5 eggs;

• 250 ml of kefir;

• 240 g of mayonnaise;

• 240 g wheat flour;

• 20 ml of sunflower oil;

• 0.5 tsp. salt;

• 0.5 tsp. soda;

• spices for the filling (to taste).

Preparation:

1. Soak the liver in the milk for half an hour and then rinse well.

2. Fill the pot with water and put the liver in there. Cook until fully cooked for about half an hour.

3. Boil 3 eggs.

4. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Fry in a pan with sunflower oil until golden brown. 5. Crush eggs and liver, add onion and mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt and spices to taste. The filling is ready!

6. For the dough, dissolve the soda in kefir and leave for 7 minutes.

7. Add mayonnaise, 2 eggs, salt and mix everything well.

8. Add the flour in portions, kneading the dough well. The dough should not be very hard.

5. Roll each slice in 10 g of flour and send to roast in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil to a dense state.
