Among the huge number of home-baked recipes there are very original and interesting ones. Cake with curd balls - one of them. It is not just tasty and healthy, but also very beautiful.

Cake with curd balls - the basic principles of cooking

Chocolate sponge cake is prepared for the cake, and the curd balls remain white. It is the dark dough in combination with white balls that make the dessert unique.

Start with the preparation of balls. For them, take a good quality cottage cheese, preferably homemade. To curd mass turned out homogeneous, curd fray through a fine sieve. Combine it with sugar and eggs and knead with a spoon or immersion blender. From the resulting mass form the same size balls and send them in the fridge.

Sponge cake is prepared according to the classic recipe from eggs, flour and sugar. Cocoa powder is added to the finished dough and mixed.

Chocolate dough is shifted into shape. Spread cottage cheese balls on top, lightly pressing them into the dough. Bake for an hour at 180 ° C.

Balls of cottage cheese can be cooked with semolina or coconut chips.

Method of preparation

1. Curd cheese through a fine sieve. Add sugar, coconut chips and egg yolks. Carefully grind everything into a homogeneous mass. Hands roll balls, put them in a separate container and send in the refrigerator.

2. Add half of the granulated sugar to the yolks and whip until white.

3. Begin to beat the whites in a separate dish, salt and, gradually pouring sugar, to a stable strong foam. Melt the chocolate and pour it into the whipped yolks. Now introduce a little bit of protein, slowly mixing. Combine the flour in a separate cup with cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and starch. Sift the dry mixture directly into the liquid mixture. Stir the mass. 4. Cover the baking pan from the inside with a thin layer of oil. Put the dough in it. Top with cottage cheese balls, lightly drowning them. Bake the cake at 180C for an hour.

Method of preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients for the balls in a deep bowl and grind to a state of curd mass.

2. Wash prunes, cover with boiling water and leave for half an hour. Drain the infusion, and dry the prunes on a napkin. From the curd mass make a small cake. Put the prunes in the middle, connect the edges and roll the ball. Put them in the freezer for half an hour.

3. Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla. Whisk everything into a fluffy foam. Now pour in the ghee. Gradually add flour with baking powder and stir until smooth. Split the dough in half. Add poppy to one part and cocoa powder to another. Stir.

4. Pour the dough with poppy seeds into the parchment-coated form. Put the curd balls on top. Pour them with chocolate dough. Sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 200C for forty minutes.

2. Whip soft margarine with sugar and add eggs and protein one at a time, without stopping the beating process. Add milk and sour cream. Stir. Pour the flour with baking powder. Divide the dough in half. Add in one part cocoa.

3. Grease the rectangular shape with oil and tart with flour. Pour half of the white dough. Spread chocolate over white. Spread the cottage cheese balls on top, slightly pressing them into the dough. 4. After forty minutes, remove the cake and cool. Boil cream in a sauté pan, add chopped chocolate and stir until it disperses. Slightly cool and rub with oil. Cover the cake with icing and decorate with coconut chips.
