- 120 g onions;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 55 g of sunflower oil;
- 50 g of sugar;
- 15 g of salt;
- 50 ml of apple cider vinegar;
- 200 ml of water.

First, prepare the tomato fill. Ripe red tomatoes cut into slices, put in a saucepan, pour water. Close the saucepan tightly, simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes. When the tomatoes are completely spread, turn into a puree, you can remove from fire.
Wipe the tomato paste through a sieve with a spoon, carefully squeeze out all the pulp. Peel and seeds will remain on the grid. The more ripe the tomatoes, the thicker and richer the sauce will be.
Now we pour fragrant sunflower oil into the skillet, the same, with the smell of sunflower seeds. Add salt without additives, granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar. Bring sauce to a boil, mix. Prepare the vegetables. Cucumbers cut into slices no thicker than 1 centimeter. You can cut cucumbers in long, thin strips, if you prefer it that way.
Cut the onion into thin ringlets. I advise you to take a white sweet onion, it does not have such a sharp taste, like that of onions.
Finely chop the garlic. You should not let it through the press, it will kill all other smells.
Send the sliced vegetables to a skillet with sauce, put them on the stove again and bring to a boil over high heat.
