- 300 g chicken breast fillet;
- 150 g stem celery;
- 100 g leek;
- 1 green chili pod;
- 7-8 cherry tomatoes;
- 2 teaspoons black sesame;
- lemon slice for decoration.
For the marinade:
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder;
- 1/3 teaspoon of red pepper;
- ginger root, garlic clove, salt;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Dijon mustard, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice.
Method of cooking dietary salad with chicken without mayonnaise
Cut chicken fillet for salad into narrow, long strips. Sprinkle meat with salt to taste, add chili powder, ground red pepper, ground turmeric, garlic clove, passed through a press.
We rub on a small grater a 2-centimeter ginger root. Mix the meat with seasoning, then pour olive oil and leave for 30 minutes. Pickled meat can also be left in the fridge overnight and make a salad the next day.
Heat the frying pan with a non-stick coating, spread the marinated chicken in small portions on a preheated frying pan. Quickly fry, stirring. Remove the meat from the pan with a skimmer, put on paper towels so that excess fat is absorbed into the paper.
