No tomatoes? Well, it is not necessary! You can cook tasty and fragrant lecho without them.

Recipe 2: Lecho without tomatoes in honey marinade

Recipe 3: Orange lecho without tomatoes with ginger and garlic

• 500 grams of pasta;

• 500 grams of water;
• 100 grams of sugar;
• 1.5 tablespoons of salt;
• 100 grams of oil and vinegar.
Cooking
1. Dilute tomato paste with water, mix everything well. If the pieces are not dissolved - do not worry, disperse during the cooking process.
2. Add sugar, salt, butter and pour everything into a large saucepan. We put on fire.
3. Cut the pepper in arbitrary pieces, as you like, and throw everything into the pan. Cooking after boiling for about 20 minutes, it is important not to digest, so that the pieces remain intact. Let it be a little crunch.
4. At the end add vinegar, stir, boil a couple more minutes.

Recipe 5: Sweet lecho without tomatoes in oil “Five minutes”

• 170 grams of sugar;
• half a cup of oil;
• 3 tablespoons of vinegar 70%.
Cooking
1. Shred the pepper, previously washed and freed from the seeds.
2. Garlic free from husk, cut into arbitrary slices.
3. We pour pepper into sterile jars, add garlic, tightly tamp down everything with wooden pulp to fill all voids.
4. Cook the brine from the remaining ingredients, boil and pour in jars to the neck.
5. Put in a saucepan on the cloth, cover with lids, pour hot water and sterilize for 15 minutes.

Recipe 8: Lecho without tomatoes with zucchini and carrots
