Baking with minced meat like everything. Chebureks, belyashi, samsa - pies that everyone loves. However, their preparation requires a lot of time and effort. You need to knead the dough, cook the stuffing and form the pies. Yeast dough also requires time for proofing.
When you really want pies with meat, but there is no desire and time to mess around with dough for a long time, thin Armenian lavash comes to the rescue. From it, you can quickly and easily cook rolls, snacks and, of course, pies.
The filling is better to cook with beef or chicken mince. You can buy it ready. But, to be sure of the quality of the product, cook the stuffing yourself from fresh meat.
Forcemeat can be used raw, or fry it in a frying pan until cooked. In the filling add onions, herbs or spices. All salt and mix well. You can experiment by adding certain ingredients to the filling. It can be cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc.

Ingredients
six sheets of thin pita;

In the minced meat, add the greens and onions. Season with spices and salt. Pour in two spoons of cold boiled water and knead well. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg.
Expand and cut a square sheet of pita. Grease the edges with egg mixture. Put some ground meat in the middle. Fold the square of pita bread diagonally and press down the edges. Fry the patties in the hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
Recipe 2. Lavash pies with minced meat and bell peppers
Ingredients

thin Armenian lavash - three sheets;
100 g Dutch cheese;

400 g minced meat;
Bulgarian pepper - pod;
50 ml of vegetable oil.
Method of preparation
Put the minced meat in a preheated cast iron skillet and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. To he got a homogeneous consistency, carefully knead with a spoon. Pour in some oil and continue to sauté, stirring, until golden.
Rinse the peeled onion and finely chop. Put in a pan with minced meat. Cook, stirring for another seven minutes.
Cut out a stem from a pod of Bulgarian pepper, carefully brush the seeds. Vegetable cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat. Pass, stirring, until the vegetables are soft.

Ingredients
300 g of champignons;
four sheets of thin pita;
bunch of greens;
100 g onions;
chicken egg;
200 g minced chicken.
Method of preparation
Using a knife, remove the thin skin from the caps. Cut the legs of the mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms, dry them on a napkin. Crumble with thin slices.
Peeled onion bulb cut into thin quarters into rings. Wash the dried greens and finely crumble.
Put the pan on the fire. Put the mushrooms in it and fry, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. Then pour in some vegetable oil and continue to fry. Add the onion and fry until golden. Now lay out the minced meat, cook, stirring well, until cooked. At the end add the greens, salt and stir. Cheese finely grate.

Ingredients

Ingredients
four sheets of thin pita;

tomato paste - 10 g;
two eggs;
sour cream - 50 g;
