Ingredients:

• three liters of water;

• 700 grams of lean beef or veal;

• kilogram of potatoes;

• ten eggs;

• 300 grams of mayonnaise;

• one lemon;

• two tablespoons of mustard;

• salt pepper;

• green onions, parsley leaves and dill.

Cooking Method:

1. Pour water into the pan, put the washed piece of beef into it, cook until ready.

2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil, without peeling, in another saucepan. Next, carefully remove from the pan and clean.

3. Green onion feathers and dill and parsley leaves are rinsed in cold water and finely chopped.

4. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, laid out in cold water. We clear from the shell. We remove five yolks, we don’t need them, ten proteins and five yolks are enough for such a volume of okroshka. 5. Wash cucumbers, peel them with a thin layer.

6. Cut all the prepared ingredients into small cubes.
