You can cook a smoked chicken breast salad and vegetables for a festive table or a regular meal in less than an hour. From the simplest, all available products, you get a tasty and satisfying dish that is easy to make for dinner or Sunday dinner.
This salad combines the taste of smoked meat with fresh cucumber and delicate vegetables. If there is no ready-made mayonnaise in the fridge, then season the dish homemade, it is very easy to mix it in an ordinary blender. It takes only raw yolk, a little vinegar, salt, mustard and high-quality olive oil.

- 350 g smoked chicken breast;
- 150 g boiled sausage from poultry;
- 3 eggs;
- 200 g potatoes;
- 200 g carrots;
- 150 g fresh cucumbers;
- 50 g of green bitter pepper;
- 200 g of green peas;
- 30 g of greens (parsley, dill);
- 120 g of mayonnaise;
- salt, black pepper.

We cut a small piece of boiled sausage from fowl into cubes, instead of sausage boiled ham will do. I like to mix different kinds of sausages and meats in salads - smoked, boiled or dried, - the variety enriches the taste and texture of the salad.
Put the sliced sausage in a salad bowl.
Remove chicken meat from bones, cut into cubes. I advise you to leave the skin in this case, a light smoke aroma is useful, besides, the fat from the skin is usually almost all melted when smoked.

Cut the potatoes into cubes the size of half a centimeter, add to the meat.

Chop fresh cucumbers. From mature, large-fruited cucumbers need to remove the seeds, if the skin is hard, then it must also be cut.
Cut the pod of bitter green pepper in half, remove the seeds and partitions. Cut the flesh into thin straws, add to vegetables and meat.
Canned green peas are thrown on a sieve, washed with clean boiled or filtered water, add to a salad bowl.
Finely chop a small bunch of fresh parsley and dill. You can also add cilantro and celery. Greens from the garden refreshes the dish and gives it a piquant flavor.
Boil hard boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Squirrels chop finely, add to the rest of the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, salt to taste. Mix the ingredients and leave for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator so that the tastes mix.
Rubbed boiled egg yolk on a fine grater. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with them and decorate with parsley leaves.
