This dessert is made after the pancake cake, but it looks amazing. Here the dough on kefir, optionally use any other option. It is advisable to prepare the Christmas tree the day before the holiday, so that it becomes saturated. For decoration, we use nuts, pomegranate seeds, and colorful candied fruits.

Ingredients

  • 280 ml of kefir;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 350 g sweet curd mass;
  • 250 ml of cream of 33%;
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 0.3 tsp. ripper;
  • 180 g of flour;
  • 2 spoons of butter;
  • green dye.

Method of preparation

  1. Make the dough with a mixer or a whisk so that flour lumps do not appear in it. Combine sugar with eggs and kefir, salt and beat. Introduce flour with butter. Leave for ten minutes, beat again.
  2. Put the dough in a frying pan with a diameter of 18-20 cm. But in an unusual way. We fry at first a big pancake, then we smear less, and even less, until we get the smallest tortilla, which will be the top of the Christmas tree.
  3. While the pancakes are cooling down, whip the cream and combine with the sweet curd mass.
  4. Lubricate the pancakes, collect the Christmas tree in the form of a cone. Top also covered with cream, but with the addition of green dye.
  5. We decorate with cream or nuts colored with other shades, sweets, “glow” very beautifully on the New Year's beauty of pomegranate seeds.

It is possible to use cream cheese instead of curd mass, but in this case, whip the cream with powdered sugar. Also, if desired, use another cream, for example, from boiled condensed milk with butter. But we put thin layers, otherwise it will turn out too sugary herringbone.

Fragrant painted cookies with spices and honey are made very simply, can be used as a dessert, a gift and even decorations for the Christmas tree. According to this recipe, it always turns out.

Ingredients

  • 380 g of flour;
  • 2 spoons of honey;
  • egg;
  • 120 g oil;
  • 5 g cinnamon;
  • 5 g of ginger;
  • pinch of nutmeg;
  • 65 g brown sugar;
  • 6 g of soda.

For the glaze:

  • 120 g of icing sugar;
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice;
  • egg white.

Method of preparation

  1. We send butter, brown sugar, honey to a saucepan or bowl and heat it to dissolve the sand, pour in spices. Next, enter the soda, egg and whisk.
  2. Add the flour, knead, remove the dough for an hour in the fridge.
  3. Roll out a layer about five millimeters thick. Cutting out squeezing cookies, send on a laid pan. We bake about ten minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Whip up protein from one large egg to foam, add powder and lemon juice, you can color the glaze.
  5. Cool cookies and decorate. If there is no special bag, you can put the icing in the bag, pierce the hole.

If you want to make cookies to decorate a Christmas tree, then we immediately make holes for the ropes, and then bake. Drill them easily with a cocktail tube.

Italian sweets “Torrone”

Chic candies that are prepared according to an Italian recipe. They fit perfectly into the festive menu, fit to champagne better than any chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of almonds;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • 25 g coconut chips.

Method of preparation

  1. Pour boiling water over almonds, rinse with cold water in five minutes, remove the skin, it should separate very easily. Dry almonds in a frying pan, chop.
  2. Mix the sugar with water and cook the syrup to the consistency of “soft ball”. To test, we drop some syrup into cold water, it should thicken, but not frost down to candy.
  3. We pour nuts into caramel, stir, we add eggs one by one. First one, quickly stir, then the second. If the eggs are very small, then we introduce one more. We continue to warm up until the mass begins to lag behind the walls of the dish.
  4. Chill the nut mixture a little, then quickly with wet hands roll the balls, roll in coconut chips, let cool.

You can use multicolored shavings for deboning or replace them with seeds, sesame and other nuts.

“Snowball” curd cakes

Very beautiful and tasty snowballs in coconut chips - a great dessert for the New Year's table. Fatty cottage cheese choose to your taste. We do not use a dry product or additionally enter a little sour cream. Focus on consistency.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 90 g coconut chips;
  • some raisins;
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • 0.5 tsp. vanilla sugar;
  • sour cream if necessary.

Method of preparation

  1. The raisins are soaked in hot water for juiciness.
  2. Pound the curd with sugar and vanilla, add 50 g of coconut chips. We are waiting for the sugar to melt, check the consistency. If the mass is not sticky and crumbles, then enter a little sour cream.
  3. Pinch off some curd mass, make a tortilla, lay a few highlights. Roll into a ball. We roll in coconut chips, we do not regret it. It remains only to cool the snowballs.

It is possible to lay inside not raisins, but other dried fruits, nuts, chocolate, or to make snowballs with surprises using different ingredients.

New Year's dessert “Tangerines in caramel”

What a festive table without tangerines? You can just put a bowl of fruit, but it is better to cook such a miracle.

Ingredients

  • 10 mandarins;
  • 160 g of sugar;
  • 2 cinnamon sticks;
  • 1 tbsp. water;
  • slightly chopped pistachios.

Method of preparation

  1. Clear the tangerines. With two remove the zest.
  2. Pour sugar into the pan, start to melt. As soon as it melts, gradually pour in a glass of hot water. We do this carefully, bubbles will appear.
  3. Add cinnamon sticks and chopped zest to caramel, heat them together on low heat for 5 minutes
  4. Let the caramel cool to a warm state, but do not let it harden. We pour tangerines, sprinkle with pistachios. Cover with cling film, give soak.

Very often, a dessert is prepared with the addition of citrus liqueur. This option with alcohol is only suitable for an adult table.
