Today I have a whiting in the oven for dinner, the recipe was invented by myself, from what has been. I didn’t fry in the pan, it’s still bad. With fish chops, too, not confused. In general, it turned out very tasty, even step by step the photo presented how I cook it all.
This fish in our stores is sold constantly. It is quite inexpensive, so many ignore it. In fact, a fish with a big head and silver sides is very useful. There is a lot of vitamin A in it. But most importantly, it is an absolutely dietary product, only 81 kcal. So try the recipe for health.
Whiting in the oven with cheese and sour cream
We will prepare such products:
- Kilo of fresh-frozen whiting
- 150 grams of sour cream
- 150 grams of any hard cheese
- Small-sized bulb
- Half lemon
- Cook salt
- Freshly ground pepper with rosemary
- Dried celery greens
- Sunflower oil
Cooking process:
We release the fish from the heads, fins and viscera. We wash well, clean the black film inside. Fold in a bowl, pepper, salt, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle with celery and leave to marinate for half an hour.
At the bottom of the form, pour a little vegetable oil and spread the fish in a row.
We make a sash of sour cream, if you like, you can and mayonnaise, we just do not eat it.
On the half-rings we cut the onion and sprinkle it on top of the fish.
From above, sprinkle the thickly grated cheese with the last layer and send it to the oven, which we will preheat to 190 degrees beforehand. Bake for 20 minutes.
