Nourishing hot portion dish - sandwiches with chicken cutlet and mozzarella cheese, baked in the oven. You can cook hot sandwiches at the weekend or quickly feed your family on weekdays. A good hearty breakfast, a hot snack, a snack at work — all these problems will be solved by baked sandwiches, the recipe of which is simple, and, not least, they are prepared very quickly.
For the filling, we will use homemade chicken cutlets and mozzarella. Of course, it is possible to bake boiled sausage, but you will agree: nothing compares to homemade food. In the light of recent trends, especially for those who care about their health and do not eat anything - it is better to make important sandwich ingredients with your own hands. And if there is time, then you can bake a long loaf at home, and make melted cheese.

Ingredients for sandwiches with chicken cutlet and mozzarella cheese baked in the oven:
- 350 g chicken fillet;
- 1 egg;
- 30g instant oatmeal;
- bunch of green onions;
- bunch of cilantro;
- onion head;
- 1 long loaf;
- 200 g of mozzarella;
- 5 g butter;
- chili pepper, salt, vegetable oil for frying.

We make minced chicken fillet, you can use it ready, but you will agree: it is always nice to know what the cutlets are made of. In addition, you can chop meat directly on the board with a sharply sharpened knife, without using a meat grinder.
To bond the ingredients of the cutlets, we divide the chicken egg into a bowl, it will serve as a kind of cement that will combine the products and will not allow the cutlets to fall apart.
Finely chop a small bunch of cilantro and green onion, add to bowl. Cilantro is not to everyone's taste, so instead of it you can add a bunch of parsley or celery.
Pasta finely chopped onion in a mixture of vegetable and butter. All you need is just a teaspoon of cream to saute onions.
Add the browned onions and spices to the minced meat cutlet.
Pour in instant oatmeal, knead the cutlet mass, add salt to taste (about 4 g of salt), remove for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Instead of flakes, you can take oat or wheat bran, it will be more useful.
While the mince is cooling, fry the loaves in a toaster. For these purposes, cut the loaf into slices approximately 1.5 centimeters thick.
We make cutlets of the right size - they should fit the slices of bread. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Immediately put on the loaf.
Put mozzarella balls cut in half on cutlets. Do not put large pieces of cheese, it will melt when baking and can spread on the pan.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. We put sandwiches on a baking sheet. If desired, the baking sheet can be covered with parchment or foil, so as not to wash.
Bake 10 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Chop the chili peppers, decorate our product with chili rings and a leaf of greenery.
