Chicken sausages in the oven with mushrooms - the dish is simple, but tasty and beautiful, therefore it is suitable not only for the daily menu. With proper garnish and sauce, this sausage can be served on a festive table or for a Sunday family dinner. I like this recipe because of its simplicity - it is always pleasant to pick up half an hour of free time while the dish is “sitting” in the oven. It takes no more than 10 minutes to assemble the food and warm up the oven. Then it remains to wait and smell the awesome aromas that roast distributes throughout the kitchen.
Fresh vegetable salad is perfect for sausages with mushrooms, it can be chopped right before serving. Add to this a loaf of fresh bread with a crisp and a mug of cold frothy beer - and life is good!

- 6 chicken sausages;
- 2 onions;
- 1 glass of chanterelles;
- 2 pods of chili;
- 1 tbsp. l dried carrots;
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika;
- salt, oil, pepper.

Onions cut into thick rings. Grease a baking tray with a high side or baking dish with frying oil. We spread the sliced onions on the bottom of the form. Onion will serve as a kind of pillow, which does not allow sausages to burn. Do not feel sorry for onions, the more, the tastier!
Put the sausages in a row on the bow. Cutting them is not necessary, it can be done when they are ready.
Fresh chanterelles are soaked for a few minutes in cold water in order to soak the garbage. Then wash the mushrooms in a colander. Small chanterelles are left intact, large ones are cut into 2-4 pieces. Add the mushrooms in the form to the rest of the ingredients.
Cut one chilli pod into small rings, cut the second along in half. If spicy food does not suit you, skip this recipe step.
Sprinkle chicken sausages with mushrooms, dried carrots and smoked paprika, salt to taste. Dried vegetables (peppers, carrots, parsnips) go well with baked meat and poultry - pieces of dried vegetables absorb the excreted juice and swell.
The form is tightly covered with several layers of foil. We heat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius.
Put the form with chicken sausages in a hot oven, cook for 35 minutes. It is possible 10 minutes before readiness to remove the foil and brown the dish under the grill.
When baking under the foil, there is always a lot of juice and fat. A good cook will never miss the opportunity to cook a chic sauce based on these ingredients.
For the sauce, fry a tablespoon of wheat flour until golden in the pan. Then pour the gravy from the pan and add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream or cream. Bring to a boil, heat over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve chicken sausages with mushrooms hot. As a garnish, you can make a salad of fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.
