A method of cooking simple and tasty cod liver salad with golden rice
Pour the rice with cold water, rinse thoroughly until the water is completely transparent, throw the cereal on a sieve.
Pour the washed rice for salad into a saucepan, add a pinch of Imereti saffron, ground turmeric, salt to taste, 180 ml of cold water and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Put the stewpan on the stove, after boiling we reduce the heat, close tightly. Cook for 10-12 minutes, remove from heat. Cover with a towel and leave to steam for another 10-15 minutes.
Onions for cod liver salad cut finely. Celery stalks cut into cubes. Fry the onions with celery in olive oil until the vegetables are soft and transparent, add salt.
Making cod liver salad dressing - mix yogurt in a bowl, 1.5 tablespoons of delicious first-pressed extra virgin olive oil, black and red peppers, mustard and soy sauce, which we add instead of salt.
Mix the salad. Put the cooled rice in the salad bowl.
