Marinade for herring can be cold or hot. The ingredients, according to the recipe are mixed until homogeneous and pour the resulting marinade fish. Stir and leave for a day so that the herring is soaked with the taste and aromas of the marinade.
By adding various spices to the marinade, you can change the taste of the herring at your discretion.
