Black currant with sugar for the winter, harvested in a hot way, saves the maximum amount of nutrients. Connoisseurs of traditional medicine call these berries “pantry of vitamins”, because a large bunch of black currants contains the daily rate of vitamin C, and besides it - iron, calcium, zinc, vitamins of group B, E, K and many more trace elements.

Shake and shake the saucepan, drive the foam to the center, collect the foam with a spoon. The spoon should be clean, it is better to scald it with boiling water.
Banks are carefully washed with soda in warm water, rinsed, and dried in the oven for 10 minutes (temperature 110 degrees Celsius).
