In the hot summer, you don’t really want to stand at the stove for a long time, and sometimes you need to prepare a hearty meal, because not everyone likes vegetable salads. Simple summer recipes come to the rescue, for example, spaghetti with chicken and vegetables.
The sauce for this dish is similar to “Bolognese”, but unlike its distinguished relative, it is much easier to prepare: you don’t have to torment it for 2 hours, exhausted from the heat. Light fresh vegetables and chicken fillet will be prepared almost simultaneously with pasta.
It is important to first chop and grate all the necessary ingredients, arrange them in bowls, then heat the butter and quickly build the sauce. After that, it remains only to add pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve spaghetti with chicken and vegetables can be right in the pan, so delicious!

- 220 g spaghetti;
- 30 g butter;
- 50 g of hard cheese.

- onion head;
- a small pod of chili;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 3-4 ripe tomatoes;
- one carrot;
- 250 g minced chicken;
- small bell pepper;
- olive oil, salt, herbs and ground paprika.

Making spaghetti sauce based on the famous Italian sauce “Bolognese”. Heat a tablespoon of high-quality olive oil in a deep frying pan, add chopped onions and garlic passed through a press, fry for 3 minutes, stirring so that the garlic does not burn.
Chop the hot chillies without seeds, cut them finely, throw them to the onion. If the dish is prepared for children, then this step should be missed, although some kids happy to burst the food with peppercorn.
We peel tomatoes, cut them finely, put them in a pan, simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat. If you do not have time, then you can put ready-made tomato sauce for minced meat and carrots, but I think you should try to protect yourself as much as possible from preservatives and chemicals that fill elegant bags and jars with incomprehensible contents.
Add carrots and minced carrots to tomato paste, stir and cook for 10 minutes. Stuffing can be replaced with chicken fillet, cut it into small cubes with a sharply sharpened knife (about 0.5 cm).
For 5 minutes until cooked, we will put sweet Bulgarian pepper, diced, parsley, salt and ground sweet paprika. Cooking sauce without a lid, over high heat, so that the moisture has evaporated. If the taste is sour, and it depends on the ripeness and quality of the tomatoes, then pour about 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar.
Heat 1.5 to 2 liters of water to a boil, add salt at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 1 liter of water, put spaghetti in boiling water, prepare according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the water, add the butter.
Mix spaghetti and hot sauce.
On a fine grater we rub hard cheese, we sprinkle a dish.
