Salad for the winter with the squash “Our garden” is the pride of the summer resident! In one bank, you can collect all the seasonal garden works, so to speak, reflect your individuality, because such blanks are never the same. It is important to choose vegetables for the salad, suitable to taste and put them in proportion to the banks. To do this, you need to pre-pick the ingredients, wash, cut into pieces, suitable size, and then close the workpiece in small batches.
I do not like to roll up such salads in three-liter cans, even after a big family gathering, there are leftovers. The most optimal size of cans is 0.75 -1 l - their contents fit into a medium-sized salad bowl.
Ingredients for marinade fill are indicated for the 750 ml can. I advise you to adjust the taste of pouring in your own way, be sure to try it - a little more salt, a little less sugar or vinegar, depending on your preferences.

- 1 kg of fresh cucumbers;
- 1 kg of small squash;
- 0.5 kg onions;
- 2 heads of garlic;
- 0.5 kg of carrots;
- basil, dill, parsley, horseradish leaf.
For marinade per 1 jar:
- 30 g of sugar;
- 15 g of salt;
- 20 ml of 9% vinegar;
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds;
- 2-3 cloves, allspice, chilli pepper (optional);
- 1 \ 2 tsp. black pepper.
The way of preparing the salad for the winter with the squash “Our garden”
So, all vegetables for harvesting carefully wash, clean and cut into pieces of suitable size. We decompose cutting on separate bowls.
Next you need a large colander and a deep pan. First, put in a colander portion of sliced cucumbers.
To the cucumbers add chopped large onions.
Next, add a few peeled garlic cloves, without this ingredient does not do any garden.
Young squash cut into large slices, put in a colander. Early vegetables do not need to be peeled; they are very tender.
Add the carrot sliced in thick circles.
