Pie with saury filler - general principles of cooking
The basis of the test for jellied pies are usually the following products: kefir, sour cream, mayonnaise. They add eggs, sometimes in the recipe there are additional fats: butter, margarine, melted lard. Baking powder is always added, ordinary soda can be used. The principle of kneading dough is very simple - usually all ingredients are mixed with a spoon or mixer. To insist on the mass is not necessary.
Saury for filling use canned in oil or in its juice. The liquid is removed. The pieces of fish are crushed, mixed with other ingredients.

• 0.25 l sour cream;
• 0.25 liters of mayonnaise;
• 3 eggs;
• 7-8 tablespoons of flour;
• 0.5 tsp. salt and as much baking soda.

1. Mix sour cream with soda, leave aside, let the reaction take place. In the meantime, break eggs into a bowl, throw salt and add mayonnaise. Whisk whisk until smooth. 2. Combine sour cream with egg mass, stir.
3. Open the saury, drain all the liquid, even if it is a bit. Mash the fish with a fork.
4. Onion cut into small cubes, rub the potatoes on a grater.
5. Putting the cake in a greased form. Pour about half of the dough, spread it with a spoon.

Pie with saury and rice
Variant of jellied pie with saury and boiled rice. Groats can be taken any, but more beautiful filling is obtained with a long cereal. The dough is prepared on kefir with the addition of a small portion of sour cream. If there is a fat kefir, then you can only use it in the amount of 350 ml.
• 250 g of flour;
• 0.25 l kefir;
• 100 g sour cream;
• 3 eggs;
• salt and soda.

1. Before kneading dough, you need to prepare the filling, as some ingredients need to be cooled. Boil rice in water, we need 150 g of the finished product. You can use leftover side dishes.
2. Onion cut and fry in oil, cool.
3. Open the cans of saury, get rid of the liquid, large spinal bones can be removed. Mash with a fork so that the pieces become small.
4. Combine all the ingredients of the filling. We taste it. The degree of salinity of fish is different. Add spices, optionally greens, pepper.
5. For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Salt put an incomplete teaspoon. Soda enough halves. Or use 7-10 g ripper for the test. 6. Form lubricated.

Pie with saury and cabbage
The dough for this cake is prepared on kefir with margarine, it turns out very soft and tender. Cabbage for filling is used ordinary white cabbage.
• 300 ml of kefir;
• 15 g sugar;
• 70 g margarine or butter;
• 10 g of soda;
• 3 eggs;
• 1.5 cups of flour;
• 1 onion;

• 30 ml of vegetable oil;
• 300 g cabbage.
1. Melt margarine, cool.
2. Heat 30 ml of oil in a pan, add chopped onion.
3. As soon as the onions lightly browned, we throw the shredded cabbage. Fry almost until done, send the filling to cool.
4. Open the can of fish, remove the liquid, knead. We shift saury to cabbage, mix, add salt and other seasonings to taste.
5. Cooking dough. Combine eggs in a bowl with kefir, salt and pour margarine, which should already be cooled. Whip whisk, throw soda and sugar. Re-stir.
6. Fill the dough with flour. We evaluate the consistency. If the kefir was liquid, then you can add a couple more tablespoons of flour. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream, drain from a spoon.
7. Making a cake. We spread a layer of dough, put the stuffing on it, cover it with the remaining dough.
8. We bake for about half an hour, we check the crumb readiness, the filling will in any case be faster, as it was previously processed.
Pie with saury and green onions
The recipe for a simple jellied cake with saury from dough on kefir with butter. To save you can use margarine, but better than milk.
• 2 cans of saury;
• 1 large bunch of onions;
• 1 bunch of dill;
• 400 ml of kefir;
• 2 eggs;
• 100 g of oil;
• salt 1 tsp. and soda as much;
• 1 spoon of sugar;
• 2.5 cups of flour.
1. First melt the butter. A small piece needs to be greased baking dish, the rest will go into the dough. Leave to cool. 2. Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
3. Pour the kefir into the eggs, pour the soda in, stir and leave to extinguish for a minute.
4. Once the reaction has passed, you can add melted butter or margarine. Immediately pour wheat flour, knead the dough.
5. Mash saury, removing liquid from it. We cut the washed, dried greens, mix.
6. Pour half of our dough into the previously greased mold, use a spoon to level the layer so that it is approximately the same thickness.
7. Spread the fish stuffing. But we try to keep it from touching the sides of the form.
8. Pour dough, send to bake. Cooking for half an hour at 180.
9. Similarly, you can collect the cake in a slow cooker. From this amount of dough, it will turn out to be high, so you will bake for at least 60-70 minutes in standard mode.
Pie with saury and eggs on sour cream
The dough for this cake is minimal. Knead on sour cream. Do not use the product with a fat content of less than 20%.
• 300 g sour cream;
• 3 eggs;
• 1.3 cups of flour;
