Ingredients for cooking homemade pork
For 600-700 g of meat:
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 0, 5 teaspoons of black pepper;
- a little peas of black, white, pink, green pepper (however, you can do with the usual black pepper and peas);

- a few cloves of garlic.
You also need baking foil and a refractory mold or a frying pan.

Method of cooking homemade pork
For pork, pork is better suited as a whole piece without stones and veins, but with a small amount of fat. Such meat in the baked form is obtained not dry and hard, like a sole, but soft and juicy. We rinse the meat under the tap, dry it a little on the plank, and then stuff it with spices and spices: make cuts with a knife to a depth of 1-2 cm. In each we put a little salt, pepper and ground peas, a piece of bay leaf and a piece of garlic cloves.

Then wrap the meat in baking foil, trying to wrap tightly and tightly. The shiny side of the foil should face out, matte - inward.

Put the foil-wrapped meat in a cast-iron skillet or glass mold, and pour water 1 cm high at the bottom of the dish.

Therefore, control the process - add water when it evaporates, and about an hour after baking starts, carefully unwrap the foil and try the meat with a knife.
