By the name you already understood that we will cook. I remember cabbage cake from childhood, grandmother often baked it. As we tugged at his cheeks. And for such a gloomy mood I chose this medicine from my childhood.

For such a cake you need a big good head of cabbage. We assort it on leaflets and we put in a pan. Fill with boiling water for 5 minutes to make the leaves soft. Water is drained. Thickening of the leaves need a little beat off or cut off (as in cabbage rolls).

Prepare the dough like fritters and dip each cabbage leaf and fry in a pan on both sides. let the leaves cool.

For the cream, you can use mayonnaise, but we prefer to cook from homemade sour cream. Add crushed garlic to it. I crush the walnuts with a rolling pin, they do not grind into powder and it turns out much tastier. We also send them to sour cream, salt to taste and mix. Now we apply cream on each leaf and stack it. Top cake can be decorated with grated carrots, greens and sprinkle with grated nuts or crackers.

5 eggs;
