An incredible simple and tasty dish that would be appropriate on a daily table and not even a holiday. And you can take it with you as a snack to work or cook for a picnic. And all this lavash with cottage cheese and greens.
Prepare such a snack in just 10 minutes. And it tastes like the best dish from a restaurant with three Michelin stars. We are joking of course, but the taste is very, very memorable.
There are several options for making such a snack - in the form of triangles (this is our version), in the form of rolls and in the form of envelopes. Yet the first option is the most interesting, so we will write out in detail how to wrap such triangles.
Oh yeah, there is still a definite plus, if you fry a pita snack in a dry frying pan, then it is fashionable to call this dish dietary. But if you are not afraid for your figure, then fry the pita in melted butter - this is incredible taste.
The amount of ingredients we give approximately. You are guided by your taste and add more herbs, garlic, and maybe chili pepper.
Two thin pita;
350 g of cottage cheese;
By a bunch of dill and green onions;
1 head of garlic;
Let's start with the fact that we finely chop the greens. Dill and green onions, this is the minimum set of greens. Cilantro, parsley, arrows of garlic, ramson. The list goes on. Also, if you take not pure cottage cheese, but a mixture of cheese and cottage cheese or add suluguni cheese, the taste will play in a new way.
Now add garlic and salt. Add garlic in your own way. It seems to us that the bigger it is, the tastier it is.
We knead cottage cheese with a fork so that it becomes homogeneous.
Now turn the pita. Cut it into strips with a width of 7-8 cm.
We take one strip, put the stuffing on the edge.
Wrap the edge, as shown in the photo. It should make a triangle.
We continue to wrap the pita bread along the edges of the triangle. With a certain skill, it turns out very quickly and equally.
Fry the triangles in a dry pan for 2 minutes over medium heat.
