Today we will prepare the Italian dough. All the ingredients on the table, begin to prepare a pizza in the oven recipe with photos.
The first thing we do, prepare the dough. To do this, dissolve sugar in warm water, add yeast, mix. It is necessary that the yeast dispersed.
Pour the sifted flour twice into a deep container, salt and mix.

By consistency, it should be soft, not sticky to hands. We shift to another, clean container. Leave for 45 minutes, covered with a cloth towel.
While our dough “fits”, proceed to the filling. We cut cucumbers on not very thin slices, pepper strips. We spread on paper napkin. Excess moisture should come out of them.

We grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, and then we stretch the dough to the desired size with our hands, it is elastic, it should not be torn. Spread it on a baking sheet.
Put the stuffing on top of the dough. The first layer will be sour cream sauce. On it we carefully lay out pickled cucumbers and pepper over the whole range of dough. Place thin slices of bacon on loose dough.
Sprinkle the filling with a tomato-garlic sauce. Not abundant. Remember that we already have cucumbers that will pickle pickle. Sprinkle over the whole cabbage with greens and sprinkle with grated cheese. Make sure that the cheese and cabbage do not fall on the edges of the pan, otherwise they will burn.
