- Peel the onion, cut into cubes or leave half rings.
Fry the onions to thin clarity in butter.
- Boletus mushrooms, honey agaric or other forest mushrooms (pre-cooked), drain off excess liquid, cut into small pieces. The French usually use champignons in their recipes, but the scent of forest mushrooms is much more pleasant. Mushrooms can be fried or stewed.
- Add the prepared mushrooms to the onions. Fry together until ready. Be sure not to forget a little salt and season with pepper.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small enough pieces.

- Then on top of it we spread the pieces of fried chicken.
Then roll up the brisol roll or just cover the filling with a free edge. It remains to bake slightly in the oven and our breezol will be ready.
