You do not have to spend a lot of time on its preparation, you only need a good thick-walled pan or chafing dish. You can also cook pumpkin stew with this veal or turkey recipe. Delicate pieces of meat in a thick amber sauce will not leave anyone indifferent.
If you celebrate Halloween, then after making the lamps, there are quite a lot of flesh and sunflower seeds, the hand is not thrown away. Seeds can be dried, and from the pulp to cook something tasty. A pumpkin lamp for Halloween is better to do with thin walls, so it glows more effectively, so feel free to leave the walls with a thickness of 1.5-2 centimeters. - 150 g onions;
- 50 g leek;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 20 g butter;
- 10 g of vegetable oil;
- 25 grams of wheat flour;
- 120 g sour cream;
- salt, nutmeg.
Method of cooking chicken stew with pumpkin.
To begin, clean the pumpkin. Cut the tip, scrape the seed bag with a spoon, cut it in half. We clean the peel, rub the flesh on a grater or cut it finely.
If you make a lamp for the holiday, you will have to work hard and scrape the flesh off the walls with a spoon. Difficult, but what can you do, but you do not need to use a grater.
Chicken fillet, dry, cut into cubes. For this recipe is suitable as a chicken breast fillet, and thighs. Necessarily without bones and skin.

Separately mix sour cream with wheat flour of the highest grade, add a little cold water to make the mixture liquid. Then rub on a small grater half a nutmeg. Pour the sauce into the brazier, mix, close again tightly, cook another 10 minutes.
